Norman Boone, MBA, CFP®
Norman M. Boone, MBA, CFP® is the founder and principal of Mosaic Financial Partners, Inc. in San Francisco. Norm has been cited as one of "America's Best Financial Advisors" by Worth magazine (every year the list has been published since 1994) and as one of the "Best Financial Advisors for Doctors" by Medical Economics magazine (four times). Mutual Funds magazine named him one of the "100 Best Financial Planners."
Mr. Boone earned his Certified Financial Planner® certification in 1984, after receiving his undergraduate education at Stanford University and his MBA in Finance from the Harvard Business School.
Norm is actively involved in the Financial Planning Association. He served on its national board of directors from 2000-2003 and was previously chairman of the 1995 International Conference for Advanced Financial Planning. He helped found the San Francisco Society of the Institute of Certified Financial Planners and has served in many capacities locally, including president of the San Francisco chapter. Norm recently completed his terms on the TIAA-CREF Institutional Advisory Board, the Advisory Council for the institutional division of Charles Schwab & Co. and as president of the East Bay Estate Planning Council. He is currently a member of the Northern California Planned Giving Council and San Francisco Estate Planning Council board of directors. He is a trustee of Saybrook Institute Graduate School.
Norm is a prolific writer. He has been an editorial columnist for both CCH’s Journal of Retirement Planning and FPA’s Journal of Financial Planning and currently writes for Wealth Manager magazine. He has authored several articles on prudent investment procedures, the impact of expenses on investment performance, small company retirement plans and a variety of other topics.
With Linda Lubitz Boone, Boone co-authored "The Investment Policy Statement Guidebook," a software product distributed by Ibbotson Associates and "Creating an Investment Policy Statement: Guidelines and Templates" published by FPA Press. Lubitz and Boone are the co-creators of IPS AdvisorPro™.

Linda Lubitz Boone, CFP®
Linda S. Lubitz Boone, CFP® is the founder of the financial planning firm The Lubitz Financial Group in Miami, Florida. She provides fee based personal financial planning and investment advisory services for individuals and investment advisory services for Pension Plan trustees. She also serves as the Managing Director of Boone Financial Advisors, Inc. East Bay region.
She has been named one of "America's Best Financial Advisors" by Worth Magazine each of the eight times that list was published and also by Medical Economics magazine as a "Best Advisors for Doctors." With Norman Boone she coauthored "The Investment Policy Statement Guidebook" published by Ibbotson Associates.
Ms. Lubitz Boone was formerly a Partner at Evensky & Brown Financial Advisors in Coral Gables, Florida. Prior to joining Evensky & Brown, Ms. Lubitz Boone was President and founder of AmeriFirst Securities Corporation, the broker/dealer subsidiary of AmeriFirst Bank.
Ms. Lubitz Boone attended Agnes Scott College and received her Bachelor's degree in Economics from Florida International University.
She has lectured at the University of Miami, UM Graduate Law School, the Florida Bankers’ Advanced Trust School, and many civic and professional groups. She has been quoted in FORTUNE, Wall Street Journal, U.S. News & World Report, Kiplinger's Personal Finance Magazine, among other publications. She is co-author of "Developing the Investment Policy Statement", Journal of Financial Planning, April, 1992 and "Working with Small Company Retirement Plans", California Broker, May, 1992. She is a regular contributor to the Miami Herald's "Ask The Experts" columns.
Ms. Lubitz Boone has served as a founding National Board of Directors member of the Financial Planning Association, Chairperson of the 1996 IAFP Advanced Planners Conference, Past President of the Planned Giving Council of Miami-Dade, Past President of the Miami Forum and as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Historical Association of Southern Florida. She is an emeritus member of the TIAA-CREF Institute Advisory Board.
